Hikaru_光

Hikaru is a musical short film made in response to the COVID pandemic in the summer of 2020. It documents the everyday life of the little girl Hikaru during the pandemic, where we see her tries to capture the light in the house. I created this little musical piece in the horror of people in the frontline of the pandemic. I hope it would remind people to see the beautiful light around them even in the darkest time of life.

This short film was shot entirely on a Huawei P40 smartphone.

Hikaru also received the First Prize Creative Grand in the 2020 Huawei Next-G film competition.
